Product supplies

Tens of thousands of products lines from hundreds of different manufacturers and suppliers – we strive hard to have them all but obviously, not every product is going to be on the shelf every time it is ordered.

But here’s our commitment to you:

  • Where stock is currently not on the shelf (it may be on back order, in transit or temporarily unavailable), we will contact you as soon as practical
  • We will give you our best estimate of its arrival
  • We will advise about any comparable product that might meet your needs.

Delivery of your order

Bias Boating aim to dispatch all orders within 2-5 business days using various couriers.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification saying your order is on its way as well as tracking details so you can monitor your order on its way to you. Please note that these times are estimates only.

Bulky and dangerous goods require extra handling time and may take longer.

At peak periods throughout the year, times may vary due to higher volumes of orders. 

Items may be delivered to you individually or separately by different couriers and transport agencies.

For bulky items, the courier may attempt to contact you to arrange a delivery time using the contact details provided by you.

Bias Boating take no responsibility for any late deliveries or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

For certain products, items may be delivered directly to you by a Bias Boating's supplier.
 

Costs of delivery

$18 Flat rate. This Excludes Bulky and/or Hazerdous/Dangerous products which may incur an additional charge. 

*BULKY, HAZERDOUS/DANGEROUS PRODUCTS AND REMOTE AREAS
Bulky, Hazerdous/Dangerous products and remote area's may have additional delivery costs. These costs vary for both location and size of the product being sent.

If the cost to send is vastly different to our standard delivery costs, someone from our team will contact you prior to dispatch to arrange further payment or to issue a refund if you are not happy with the additional charges.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance is offered on all orders at checkout. By accepting this insurance, you will be covered for any items lost or damaged during transit only. Theft after proof of delivery will not be covered. For lost items, confirmation from the courier must be received before a replacement or refund will be issued.

Insurance is mandatory on a limited number of items such as Toilets and some seats due to the nature of the item.
