Bias Boating aims to make your purchasing experience as easy as possible, so we understand some items are not always suitable and need to be returned.

As your customer experience is important to us, we will provide you with a full refund, exchange or credit voucher where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from the style shown or do not do what they are supposed to.

If you change your mind, you may also return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery, if the goods are in their original condition. Items must be returned in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging prior to an exchange, store credit or refund being made. You must return all goods with proof of purchase presented at the time of any refund or exchange. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage to returned parcels. We will pay the charges incurred for return shipping only if the return is due to an error in the order or a faulty or defective product. If you have just changed your mind, return shipping will be at your expense.

Please note: For change of mind returns, there may be a restocking fee with the brand supplier. This fee will be charged at your expense if it applies.

Non-Returnable Items
We regret cut to length items cannot be returned nor can we accept any item that has been used, tampered with or damaged. If returns lower the original order value below $1000 then the order will be recalculated without the bulk buy discount and any credit/refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Items that are not returnable for change of mind reasons are:

· Clearance items

· Items with expiration dates (e.g. flares, charts)

· Items registered to the user (e.g. EPIRBs, PLBs)

· Life Rafts

· Computer Software and Electronic Charts

Electronics
We have no control over the installation and use of electronic equipment. If used or installed, these may be returned for repair only. In such cases we will give assistance on warranty and non-warranty repairs and put you in contact with the manufacturer if deemed necessary.

Refund or Exchange Process
A refund will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed against the original credit cardholder details. Bias will gladly cover the cost of return shipping if products are faulty or defective and will credit the postage costs to your credit card if you arrange return shipping OR we are happy to send an Air Express Free Postage bag to send your item/s back to us.

Step 1
Contact the Bias Boating Online Department to organise a return or exchange. We will issue you with a return authorisation (RA#) and send and advise of our preferred return process.

Step 2
Pack all items carefully including all original accessories and/or warranty card with your proof of purchase into a secure satchel/carton, or reuse the original packaging.
