These swivels allow an anchor chain to rotate whilst keeping the anchor grounded.

If an anchor is set whilst the rope or chain is twisted, as the vessel takes up tension it can put excessive stress on the line. The swivel allows rotation in the line, easing off this tension and making retrieval and stowage easier.

Option size relates to pin diameter.
