• Wherever possible delivery is to your door.
• Includes ALL RISKS insurance and robust packaging.
• Depending on the type of goods and your location your order will ship by the method we consider most appropriate.
• Shipment to offshore islands, remote or very difficult locations is to the nearest mainland transhipment point, additional freight costs (e.g. barge, plane or ferry) are customer’s responsibility. Mainland Tasmania is classed as a ‘Mainland State’ & normal freight policy applies.
• Freight on chain, anchors, paint, very heavy, awkward or bulky consignments, or items with “anchor” symbol may cost extra, the amount depending on your order and location, we will advise on receipt of order.
• Flammable, dangerous or corrosive items may cost extra for freight, we will advise before shipping.
• Urgent, Express or Special Delivery Instructions MAY COST EXTRA.
