The long length, up to 3.2 metres, makes it easier to pick up a buoy or reach another boat, etc. The modern designed head is made of glass reinforced nylon and shaped to fit over a boats gunwale. It also has a soft rubber tipped end to help push off without damage. The shaft is 25mm white enamelled aluminium with a rolled grip handle.
